Dream Mapping- I , II, III:   First Thursday of every month   6:30-8:30

Have fun focusing on dreams/goals in a creative way by  “mapping” what you wish to achieve with magazine cutouts, scrap booking materials as well as other “tools” including guided meditations, coaching, Tai Chi-like movements coupled with “intents”…to accelerate the process of manifestation:

A short-cut to years of Courses & classes, come and participate in this process (six classes 2 hours each) of redefining who you are (i.e. learning to know and love yourself), what your priorities are, what is right for you. Activities include guided meditations, work with chakras, Coaching, experiencing your energy…                        Cost: $33/class
